Infra-Image – Copy and Paste (N25°0'53.18", E121°28'1.22") examines the correlation between material standardization and the mechanism of image reproduction.

The exhibition space features calcium silicate boards, a standardized wall material with identical specifications and repetitive arrangements. Leveraging this uniformity, I used multiple projectors to cast blank light of three different saturation levels onto a single area of the wall, where the paint had been stripped to expose the raw surface. The combination of light variation and visual repetition fragmented the originally independent structural elements, rendering them as multiple reproductions of the same image within the framework of viewing.

When both image and material adhere to the logic of reproduction,The image establishes its replicability through the repetition of material, while material objects affirm their reproducibility through the act of viewing.
