Fluid Boundaries replaces a section of riverside railing with a stainless-steel structure containing illuminated, motor-driven mesh forms. Appearing as luminous bubbles within an abstract fissure, these moving forms introduce visual instability into the fixed boundary between the walkway and the canal.

By turning the rigid railing into a site of kinetic movement and changing light, the installation loosens the edge where the city meets the water.
